A former Rutgers University student appeared in court this morning in New Brunswick and pleaded not guilty to charges he illegally spied on his roommate, Tyler Clementi, with a webcam while Clementi was having an intimate encounter with another man in their dorm room. Clementi committed suicide several days afterward. Dharun Ravi, 19, dressed in a dark suit and red striped tie, looked nervous as he sat beside his attorney, Steven Altman for the five-minute hearing. Ravi said nothing, leaving it to Altman to enter his "not guilty plea."

Ravi DID NOT Film his gay roommate, Ravi was talking to his Friend on his Webcam, and behind Ravi, the gay roommate was kissing his boyfriend. That is how? the kiss got on? the camera.
It was also proven that Ravi had seeked help regarding the actions of his roommate. The gay roommate would have sex with his boyfriends overnight, while Ravi tried to sleep. How can anyone sleep while two guys are having sex a couple of feet from you.
